Belzona 1000 Series

Belzona 1111 Super Metal a two component repair and rebuilding material based on a ceramic steel reinforced polymer system, this product provides quality solutions to a wide range of general engineering needs.

Applications include:

Belzona 1121 XL-Metal is a two component repair and rebuilding material based on a ceramic steel reinforced polymer system, this product is designed for applications where accurate alignment or a placement of large volumes of material is required.

Belzona 1131 is a two component repair and maintenance compound possessing self lubricating properties, this product has a unique micro-porous structure to trap and hold lubricating oil, minimizing friction and wear at start-up.

Belzona 1211 is a breakthrough polymer-based system which provides a superior alternative to conventional repairs, this product combines outstanding performance, better adhesion, greater resistance to heat and moisture, and no objectionable odors.

Belzona 1251 HA Metal was developed specifically to repair and protect metal surfaces suffering from Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) without interruption to plant operation, this product is designed for ap.plication directly onto hot surfaces (70-150°C / 158-302°F)

Belzona 1311 Ceramic R-Metal was designed specifically for rebuilding all erosion/corrosion damage, this product has proven to transform metal surfaces suffering from deterioration in performance and efficiency and is accepted worldwide

Belzona 1321 CeramicS-Metal is based on corrosion resistant ceramic steel particles held in a chemically reacting liquid polymer, this product provides outstanding protection for metal surfaces subjected to erosion / corrosion

The unique hydrophobic nature of this coating allows water to simply roll minimizing wear by abrasion through its encapsulated blend of lubricating and abrasion resistant fillers. When applied to fluid flow equipment, this product can reduce power consumption, increase efficiency, lower maintenance costs, and improve hydrodynamic performance.

Belzona® 1341 (Supermetalglide) is suitable for contact with potable water as it is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 and satisfies the UK Drinking Water Inspectorate requirements

By combining a unique blend of inorganic erosion/corrosion resistant reinforcing agents with a radically new, densely cross-linked heat polymer, this product makes protection against erosion/corrosion in high temperature environments a reality.

for rebuilding metals damaged by erosion/corrosion.

A two-component paste grade system based on a silicon steel alloy blended with high molecular weight reactive polymers and oligomers.  When cured, the material is durable yet fully machinable. Specifically designed for use with Belzona High Temperature coatings.

Developed as a sprayable high temperature coating to speed up large applications to process vessels and equipment, this product allows for application and cure as low as 5ºC (41ºF). Specifically designed for application by heated airless spray, Belzona® 1521 (HTS1) offers excellent corrosion protection at elevated temperature and pressure.

Highly specialized composites combining extremely hard closely packing abrasion resistant materials in a polymeric binder, these products are used to repair, protect, or modify equipment subjected to particulate abrasion and erosion. Using a new generation resin technology to enhance the close packing of a unique abrasion resistant filler system, Belzona® 1811 and 1812 are a smoother but highly durable composite capable of being applied in thinner layers, providing greater opportunities to modify profiles and improve flow.

Designed specifically for application to wet, oily or underwater structures.

Extend the life of your screw conveyors at a fraction of the cost.

Fossil Fuel power plant  was having difficulty maintaining a component of their local power plant. Specifically, the header pipes leading into the scrubber were wearing down prematurely causing excessive maintenance costs and lost production.
