The badly corrosion damaged pump flange needed a high temperature solution with a quick turn around time.  A lead time on a new pump was weeks (or longer), the only pump keeping the mill running was ready to go any minute.  With time being critical, the paper mill called DBR (the Belzona authorized distributor) and had a rebuilt pump within 24 hours.  The local DBR / Belzona Technical Consultant had material shipped overnight and was onsite early the next morning working side by side with the mill employees.  Just several weeks prior, this same mill used the onsite support and Belzona materials to permanently repair a leaking steam seal on a boiler feed pump.
