Belzona 1111 Super Metal
A two component repair and rebuilding material based on a ceramic steel reinforced polymer system, this product provides quality solutions to a wide range of general engineering needs. Applications include: Oversized bearing / bush housings Fractured and holed casings Leaking tanks Scored hydraulic rams Sloppy keyways Scored machine beds Fractured pipes Undersized / scored shafts Stripped threads



Belzona 1000 Series - Metallic Polymers
Belzona 1121 Super XL-Metal
Similar to the Belzona 1111 (Super Metal), but has an extended working (pot) life and slightly lower mechanical properties. Ideal for large applications that require a long working time or during very hot weather conditions. Normal temperature limits: 350

Belzona 1123 (Marine Metal)
A two component paste grade system based on a silicon steel alloy blended with high molecular weight reactive polymers and oligomers. For ease of application this material has an extended working life. Once cured, the repair is durable and fully machinable.

A fast curing repair material for emergency repairs or where time is critical. Commonly used to fix leaking pipes & tanks, cracked casings, worn hydraulic rams, and loose threads. Normal temperature limits: 212



Belzona 1000 Series - Metallic Polymers
Belzona 1221 Super E-Metal
An advanced, fast curing repair compound similar to the Belzona 1211 (E-Metal), but with enhanced properties. Ideal for fixing leaking pipes & tanks, cracked casings, worn hydraulic rams, and loose threads. This product also has NSF Approval for contact with potable water. Normal temperature limits: 180F dry, 140F wet.

Belzona 1251 HA-Metal
A single component paste grade system based on a silicon steel alloy blended with a heat-activated resin. When cured, the material is durable and corrosion resistant. Designed to be applied to hot surfaces 158 - 302?F (70 - 150?C), such as under insulation metalwork.

Belzona 1311 Ceramic R-Metal
A paste-grade compound used to rebuild equipment damaged by erosion-corrosion, cavitation, and bimetallic corrosion. Can not be machined except with special polycrystalline diamond tipped tooling or grinding equipment. Ideal for rebuilding pump casings & impellers, valves, tube sheets, and water boxes. Normal temperature limits: 450



Belzona 1000 Series - Metallic Polymers
Belzona 1321 Ceramic S-Metal
A fluid-grade compound used to resurface and protect equipment subject to erosion/corrosion, cavitation damage, and bimetallic corrosion. Once cured, this product has virtually the same properties as Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal). Ideal for coating pump casings & impellers, valves, tube sheets, and water boxes. Typically applied in a two coat, two color (blue/gray) system at 12-15 mils per coat. Normal temperature limits: 450 Unit sizes are 1 kg, 3 kg and now in 25 kg.

Belzona 1341 NSF Supermetalglide
Very similar to the regular Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide) except that it has been modified slightly to be approved for potable water contact by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and other organizations.
