Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2111 D&A Hi-Build A paste grade elastomeric compound used for the repair and protection of rubber or metal parts subject to high impact and abrasion. Ideal for repairing conveyor belts, rubber hoses, rubber lined vessels, pumps, valves, etc. Shore A Hardness (Durometer) is 85. Normal temperature limits: 150

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2121 D&A Hi-Coat A thick coating grade elastomeric compound with cured properties similar to the Belzona 2111 (D&A Hi-Build). Ideal for coating applications in rubber lined pump casings & impellers, vibrator feed bowls, and de-burring machines. Typically applied in a two coat, two color (red/black) system at 20 mils per coat.

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2131 D&A Fluid Elastomer A fluid grade elastomeric compound with cured properties similar to the Belzona 2111 (D&A Hi-Build). The fluid consistency is ideal for casting applications, but can be used as a coating. Ideal for use in repairing diaphragms, replacing drive couplings, and casting flexible molds & guide bearings.

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2141 (ACR Fluid Elastomer) A two component, thixotropic consistency material designed for recoating applications involving cavitation and erosion.

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2211 MP Hi-Build A paste-grade elastomeric compound that has greater flexibility, but lower abrasion resistance than Belzona 2100 Elastomers. Ideal for expansion joints, sealing gaskets, potting and sealing electrical cables, and protecting hinged conveyor belt fasteners. Shore A Hardness (Durometer) is 70. Normal temperature limits: 150

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2221 MP Fluid A fluid-grade elastomeric compound with cured properties similar to the Belzona 2211 (MP Hi-Build). Ideal for molding and casting rubber parts. Shore A Hardness (Durometer) is 65.

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2311 SR Elastomer A fast curing, paste grade elastomeric compound with flexibility and abrasion resistance in between the Belzona 2100 and Belzona 2200 Elastomers. Ideal for quick and durable repairs to conveyor belts, linings, parts, and covers on cables and hoses. Normal temperature limits: 150

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2911 QD Conditioner A fast drying conditioner required for adhesion of all Belzona Elastomers to metal, concrete, and rubber substrates. This product has an 18-month shelf life. It has an approximate overcoat window of 20 min.utes to 4 hours prior to application of the selected Belzona Elastomer System.

Belzona 2000 Series - Elastomeric Polymers Belzona 2921 GP Conditioner A slow-drying substitute for the Belzona 2911 (QD Conditioner). The extended drying time and overcoat window makes it ideal for large applications. It has an approximate overcoat window of 2 hours to 24 hours prior to application of the selected Belzona Elastomer System.
