Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4111 Magma Quartz A durable concrete repair material with very high compression strength, very high adhesion, and excellent chemical resistance. It is non-porous and resists impact and abrasion in high traffic areas. Belzona 4111 (Magma-Quartz) can be used as a grout by using less of the aggregate or by adding more Belzona 4151 (Magma-Quartz Resins) which can be purchased separately. A surface conditioner

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4114 General purpose repair system for repairing and resurfacing concrete and stonework damaged by impact, vibration, chemicals or environmental attack. This product can also be used for grouting and bonding.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4124 (Bulk Fill) A low cost concrete and stonework rebuild material. Designed for excellent performance and ease of application. Ideally suited for horizontal surfaces offering high strength and excellent adhesion. Belzona 4124 is not formulated for abrasion or chemical resistance and should therefore be overcoated with Belzona 4111, 4131 or 4181.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4131 Gray Magma Screed A durable concrete repair material with high compression strength, high adhesion, and good chemical resistance. Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4141 Magma Build A lightweight concrete repair material that is ideal for rebuilding vertical and overhead surfaces. Can be applied 3 to 5 inches thick without the use of forms. The cured material has very high adhesion, is non-porous, and has a compressive strength similar to typical concrete. Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4151 Magma-Quarts Resins The two part resin binder for Belzona 4111 (Magma-Quartz). This material can be used by itself to seal and protect concrete, and is easily tinted. It may also be added to Belzona 4111 (Magma-Quartz) to reduce its viscosity for use as a grout. This material does not require Belzona 4911 (TX Conditioner) when used by itself. Typically applied in one (1) coat at 8 mils thick.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4181 AHR Magma-Quartz A heat or acid resistant trowelable system for repair and protection of concrete, stone and other rigid substrates subject to impact and abrasion. Having outstanding adhesion, strength, hardness and acid resistance, Belzona 4181 is ideally suited for chemical drains and channels, chemical transfer and holding areas, pump bases, gulleys, tank pods, ovens and bunds.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4191 High performance, non-porous resurfacing material for concrete. Designed for smoothing rough concrete and masonry surfaces prior to applying Belzona protective coatings.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4231

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4301 Magma CR1 Hi-Build A paste grade version of the Belzona 4311 (Magma-CR1). Ideal for rebuilding damaged areas such as expansion joints, or stress cracks in the concrete.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4311 Magma CR-1 A two-part specialty coating that resists a wide range of chemicals and concentrations. It may also be used to create a chemical resistant non-slip system. Typically applied in a two coat, two color (Red/Gray) system at 10 mils per coat. Belzona 4911 (TX Conditioner) is required for adhesion to concrete surfaces, but is not required for metal surfaces.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4341 Magma CR-4 A barrier coating for protecting surfaces against the effects of chemical attack. Ideally suited for application to acid retaining walls, chemical drains and channels, chemical transfer and holding areas, pump bases, pump casings, tank pads, walkway (with non-slip aggregate incorporated) and tanks.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4371 (Magma Clear Laminate) A two component water dispersible epoxy system. It is designed to seal porous masonry surfaces providing dust-proofing and easy clean properties with minimal change to substrate appearance. Suitable for sealing walls and floors. Applied by brush, roller or spray.

Belzona 4000 Series - Magma Polymers Belzona 4411 Granogrip Used in conjunction with a Belzona Aggregate, this product provides a durable, non-slip surface. It is suitable for application to metal, concrete, masonry, wood, and tile surfaces. It is typically applied by brush, and the selected aggregate sprinkled in prior to cure. The system may be applied in a variety of patterns and degrees of roughness. The coverage rate depends greatly on the type and amount of aggregate used in the grip system. One (1) brick of aggregate with one (1) unit of Belzona 4411 (Granogrip) will give a dense coverage.
