Belzona 5000 Series - Environmental Polymers Belzona 5111 Ceramic Cladding A two part, solvent based coating available in a high gloss white or gray color. It exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and chemical resistance compared with standard paint systems. It is ideal for protecting surfaces from airborne chemical attack or salt spray. Requires the Belzona 5911 (Ceramic Conditioner) or Belzona 6111 (Liquid Anode) as a primer. The coverage rate depends greatly on surface roughness of the substrate. Belzona 5000 Series - Environmental Polymers Belzona 5131 EG Cladding Provides outstanding protection to the exterior of almost all types of buildings and structure. As a further development of this outstanding product, involving the hybridization of complex polymer and ceramic technologies, Belzona 5131 offers all the advantages of 5151 combined with the option of built in energy conservation properties. The low thermal conductivity of 5131, together with its exceptionally low heat capacity, means that cold surfaces treated with the material feel warmer and hot surfaces feel cooler. Simple application gives a seamless thermal barrier ideal for water and weather-proofing almost all building fabrics. Both products are suitable for use on porous and non-porous substrates.

Belzona 5000 Series - Environmental Polymers Belzona 5151 Hi-Build Cladding Provides long term waterproofing and weatherproofing to the exterior of almost all types of buildings and structures. As a further development of this outstanding product, involving the hybridization of complex polymer and ceramic technologies, Belzona 5151 offers the option of built in energy conservation properties.

Belzona 5000 Series - Environmental Polymers Belzona 5231 SG Laminate A hi-build floor coating system, incorporating non-slip aggregate. The product has been developed for the protection and heavy duty sealing of industrial/commercial concrete floor areas. Compared with traditional floor coatings, 5231 has outstanding abrasion resistance and is therefore effective in both pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas. This tough, solvent-free coating system, which is available in a range of colors, provides an aesthetically pleasing semi-gloss appearance that is easily cleaned. 5231 has the added advantage of excellent chemical resistance and is therefore particularly effective in areas where occasional chemical spillage causes slip problems.

Belzona 5000 Series - Environmental Polymers Belzona 5811 Immersion Grade A two part, solvent-free coating for the protection of steelwork, concrete, or masonry from immersion in water. Designed for standing, tidal, or slow moving water applications. Also ideal for exteriors of submersible pumps, immersed steelwork, and water or sewage tank interiors. Provides good chemical resistance to many aqueous solutions of common industrial chemicals. Can be applied by brush, roller, or a heated plural spray unit. Typically applied in a two coat, two color (Black/Tan) system at 10 mils per coat.
